Did any of the rest of you know hes going to have high AP ratios with his Q and E? Its 60% and 100%. HexTech is a very real item for this guy. You don't get and extra AD but your AP can really help. Last wispier is even a good item because he will do more mixed damage and still get the AD form the attack speed. If you build this guy as a freaky no logic mess it will actually work out.
