So I just faced Camille for the first time since her nerfs...
...and she honestly wasn't so bad. Faced her 3 times before the nerfs and understood why everyone found her obnoxious. But like most champions who are new, after tuning they fall into a better spot. She may or may not need further nerfs. But to be completely honest I think she is fine to face now.
I have now faced her twice since the nerf, once on my main account and once on my Teemo smurf. Lost on Teemo won on this account. But neither felt incredibly unfair or impossible to win.
Some tips on beating Camille: Camille's dash is more linear than people give it credit for. It is slow and has a long animation. You will know what wall she is dashing to the moment she begins the dash. From there it is only a straight line from that angle to you, so she only has one move to make if she wants her stun. Plan around this.
Camille's dash can be canceled by any fast acting stun or displacement, making her lose the stun at the end. For example, Yasuo's third Q, Riven's W and third Q, Darius Apprehend, Jax stun, Pantheon's stun, Nautilus Q and many other crowd controls can be launched at the wall the moment is going to bounce off towards you. Cancelling her stun makes that a near automatic win trade for you. This also applies for when she uses it for escape.
If you have a shield or active defensive steroid save it for when she uses her second Q as it does true damage. For example Poppy's shield, Nautilus Shield, Riven's Shield and so forth.
Camille's cone ability can be dodged the same way as Darius' Q, get out of it, or get close to her to reduce it's effectiveness.
When she ults you, don't panic. If your numbers are better just dodge her outer sweep and beat her to death. If your numbers are worse the only place you should let her ult you is under your tower. In which case use any CC to wait out the turret killing her. Obvious "if you have displacement knock her out of it". Panicking and just rapidly trying to escape without thinking kills most people in this ult.
Completing any two of these will generally win you the matchup.
