How about just taking the damage away from chilling smite ?

already mobile junglers take it cause its the best around so it needs a nerf but riot just went and gutted every jungler who needs it

if they remove the damage on it it becomes more of a situational choice where jungler with mobility might just take the red smite for the damage since they dont need that slow
