So they massively buff brand because of DFT loss and low winrate
But they didn't do that for rumble...
Why though? Rumble also seemed to rely on that mastery a decent amount ( I guess some would go TLD). And now he's sitting around 45% winrate.
It's fine that brand got buffs (albeit they complete overshot their goal), but where are the other buffs for champs who are sitting at low winrates who also lost DFT?
