Theres a disturbance in the meta... Have you felt it?

is anyone else feeling like the game is unstable atm? so many nerfs/buffs/re-works it's making the game unplayable, Riot keeps stepping in and slowly ruining this game, getting tired of these balance changes, i would just like for them to give EVERY champion a proper identity and be untouched by balance, then US players decide the meta by banning champs or picking the right counter-plays, but Riot does not let us do this, they instead try to solve their problems by waving their nerf/buff wand, this isnt good and nobody likes this, now , , and are 'OP' atm but that's going to change because Riot is stepping in yet again to nerf, it's making this game unstable i dont like it
