Does Riot even make this game for the people anymore?

it just doesent feel like we are getting updates for us anymore, i feel like Riot is changing things for themselves, got an unexplained, unexpected nerf that NOBODY wanted, get's a significant buff that's making him unstable atm, just play xin for the first time and build and see for yourself solo baron in 20min, nobody even asked for these changes in the forums, is this something that makes you proud to play this game? not me, im looking to play another because League is in a decline atm, lCS views have gone down due to the unstable balancing by riot every 1-2 weeks, and no fixes for the champs we love, , these champs are LONG OVERDUE for re-works, why is this taking so long? yet we get new champs and this introduces MORE PROBLEMS
