My Thoughts on Ornn (No one cares I know already)

As far as design goes and what his kit does, Ornn is pretty cool.

However, he is far to slow for what little range his attacks have. His attacks, other than maybe the last blast of his W, do very little damage. His ult basically tickles the enemies and isn't forgiving if you miss the second cast.

His whole kit is designed to where you NEED your allies around you to do any significant damage. His cool downs are decently long for what little damage his abilities do, and they're heavy drinkers of the mana pool.

His E range is admittedly a bit short and doesn't do anything but tickle unless you happen to hit terrain. It'd be nice if he had a knockback on it similar to Alistar when he doesn't collide with anything.

His W is like a skill shot with the shortest range possible and not that big of a hitbox, there were cases I was standing on top of an enemy champ using the W and it did nothing. Plus the whole not being able to change directions once cast is a huge pain in the ass.

Sure the brittle effect on his abilities is interesting but the extra damage he does is tied to him being able to auto attack, and he is slow. God forbid if the ult gets brittle on an enemy at mid/max cast range because Ornn won't get close enough to deal damage before the effect wears off.

He needs some sort of buff. Maybe something to give him a little extra range? Or at least make him able to be on par with Nautilus and Maokai tank wise in terms of being able to deal damage because, if he gets behind even by one death, he can't catch back up at all and has to rely on teammates to catch him back up.

I admit I'm a bit salty. I really like this champion and was excited for his release and played him enough to get the icon but he just doesn't have much to offer unless you have a complimentary team composition.

I haven't played him, but for me, he's the most "meh" looking champion they've ever released.
