Allow Yorick's Q on hit to tower to summon the ghoul. I am not saying he does bonus damage to the tower, I am only saying that it should summon the ghoul. The only ghoul that can be summoned to attack the tower (when no minions are present) but this could allow him to have access to the movement speed if no enemy minions are present.
