He isn’t nearly as poorly designed. He is annoying in the same sense that teemo is annoying. He isn’t a problem when his power level is in line but he gets very annoying very fast if he is the slightest bit overpowered. Akali is on a whole other level. She has twice the banrate despite having 7% lower winrate. People don’t want akali in the game no matter what her power level is at.
