Vayne should not be a Tank Shredder

Look at her champion spotlight, she was meant to be an Assassin carry, her "Tank shredder" role was never mentioned. The %HP damage was here by mistake if you look at vayne's kit she isn't a tank shredder compared to Which was CLEAR that he was an anti tank

Vayne is meant to b a champion who does high single target DPS. And her silver bolts allow her to do that, by nerfing it she will be useless because she does not have any abilities that scales well with attack damage. Sure her champion spotlight which is "4 years old" does not say she is a tank killer and an assassin still also holds true with her ability to practically kill a squishy target in 3 hits. And you are comparing vayne to kogmaw who yes is meant to be a tank killer and is but also is meant for team fights with his poke, high dps and ability to shred a targets armor all helping the team. All vayne can do is kill one person at a time and that is it. If vayne gets shut down early she is useless till late, and if Kog gets shut down early he still has more impact threw out the whole game.

vayne reach the late game statue with one item. beside, Riot and the community herself said multiple time back in this time that vayne was an assassin, hell EVEN HER LOOK make her an assassin, stealth on a tank shredder? even the most incompentent rioter would think that it doesn't work.

No im not a troll lmao. I just like the champion, and no i am not a Vayne main trying to stick up for her i just like the champ (look at my match history you will find no vayne for months). there are many adcs such as Trist and Kog Maw who can still 1v1 vayne if they don't get condemned. Vayne without the %hp damage would be almost useless because without it she would not scale at all with none of her abilities scaling well with more Attack Damage. The whole tank shredding thing is one of the biggest reasons see vayne come back into the meta. In the beginning of season 5 she was hardly played you would see the occasional vayne main. After cinderhulk and buffs to tanks she has seen a rise in popularity again because of her %hp damage and it has become apart of the champions identity. If you take that away from her she will be bad late game with her less than optimal AD scaling and her silver bolts are the majority of her damage. The only thing I can see to maybe keep the flat true damage but make the %HP physical so you can build against it better. But then it would need to scale with %AD as well to not be to weak.
