Almost a year of a champion with infinite mobility that cannot be caught or escaped from that's an adc.

She's been slapped on the wrist a few times, but I think she should have diminishing returns on her jumps.

This is why you can't reject her oath. Sure, Kalistas could also troll by doing something like bonding with the Vel'koz mid, but that would probably be less prevalent, and ultimately the way she works means that there will always be some trolling possible. Unless her core mechanics are reworked, there is no changing that.
