What if lethality could be used only by meele champs and bonus armor penetration (last whisper) for adc?

its not crazy a lot of ppl have said that but lethality into just melee might work out pretty well although lw only for ranged is dumb
Great, the community would stop complaining about ADCs using items that are meant for assassins.
