I don't understand why xD. It took 1 week for people to realize Aurelion sol isn't that strong. While Illaoi people scream omfg please nerf this 1 vs 5 juggernaut. Still nowadays people still ban her for absolute no reason. Same goes to Tahm Kench.

At lower elos, sure. Aurelion sol was really strong in release though for capable players, while the opposite was true for illaoi since going against anyone smart enough to dodge E and walk away when she ulted made her useless.

Mainly it's because Illaoi punishes you a lot harder for making mistakes than Sol does.

Conversely, Sol is still good when the opponent knows how to play around him.
