Why does this item still exist?
It was garbage for literal years because of how unhealthy it was then it got buffed and Gnar abused it, and since tank items got a pass it has a literal fuckton of HP now so it's not a bad pickup. Yes, I'm fucking salty. Having a permanent red buff as an item is bullshit.
Agreed I hate items like frozen mallet that hard counter tanks/bruisers
I think it's been untouched for so long because less then 5% of champions can use it outside of Memes.
I'm all for its removal honestly. It sucks on immobile melees, when they're the champions that it was supposed benefit to begin with. I haven't found it worth picking up since Phage got removed from the recipe.
Here's an idea: Alter the effect to only slow ranged champions/champions with less max HP than you have.
That way using for the slow will become difficult on champions that aren't specifically going for top of the line durability(i.e. tanks and juggernauts)
Just be good and dodge the slow. Gg moderate.
