I can't make Jinx work :/

I bought JInx because my champ pool desperatly lacked a adc. I have tried her out a few times, but I just cant make her work. I get a few kills through the game, but early/mid I cant do much. I know that Jinx is a late game monster, but I still managed to pressure my lane when i used Ashe. Also, I struggle to kill someone when my supp hooks them. I get off a nice amount of damage most times, but i rarely kill them. Do you guys have any advice on how to play her?

PS! or for jungle?

People have been complaining about the whole preseason being more snowbally. If you can't get Jinx to her late game point, you might be better off with another ADC.

One of Jinx's strengths is Turret siege. so your best bet would probably be push towers. Though Trist would be a strong alternative for that same effect.

As for items, I never used Death's dance, But on Jinx, it may be a useful sustain item if your focused on your rockets. (since it procs on all physical damage.)

Jinx is just weak in the current fucked up preseason meta. The game is normally over way before she can hit her powerspike.

A hook should be a gaurenteed kill if they don't have flash. When the hook lands place your traps wherever the enemy will end up and start aa with your machine gun. When the root/stun duration ends hit them with your zapper (for the slow) and continue to aa with machine gun. When the duration of the slow is almost expired switch to rockets and aa step towards them, aa step towards them and keep doing this.
