There is a sever called pbe where content goes before it goes live that is where you're getting the video feeds from

I would assume that we will see the new skins for Caitlyn, Wukong, and Morgana before he comes out. I don't know, but looking at the chronological of things posted on youtube by various youtubers I would say that's a safe guess. The Wukong skin looks quite pleasing. Vladimir
