Why are queue times so incredibly long under level 30?
I've made an account on EU Nordic and east to play with some friends inhabiting that server. As being below level 30 is no longer a considerable handicap (contrast to the old runes and masteries system) how come i'm not getting matched against players above level 30? Matchmaking clearly recognizes i am not a beginner, and matches me with other smurf accounts. Why then am i not getting matched with the majority of the playerbase but instead have to wait up to 50 minutes to find a match? How am i supposed to reach the "ranking" account level this way?
