@RITO: Where are the Jayce nerfs?

It's long overdue. He's basically the new-old Nidalee BUT with a super fast and longer range AoE poke. One blast from out of the fog of war and you have to back to heal(I mean really? You can't even see him and he pokes you). Rinse-repeat and your mid laner is now 2-3 levels down on him. I don't necessarily struggle against him but I just see way too much Jayce dominance. I'd have to say that Jayce and Twitch were the two most dominate characters at Worlds and Twitch can be shut down a lot easier than Jayce due to his insane kit which offers a little bit of everything. Is Rito blind? Retarded? Gay for Jayce? Who knows... but it's long overdue imo.

Jayce actually has fallen out of favor in the NA scene until recently. He doesn't need nerfs, but I'm sure he can use a bit of tweaks. He is the only transform Champion that really hasn't been touched since they started reworking the mechanic.

Besides He was MUCH more oppressive before.

If you don't think he needs nerfs then you obviously didn't watch Worlds or haven't played against a good Jayce. Extremely low risk with very high rewards=bad gameplay.

Twitch has a 45% winrate across all elos. They nerfed the shit out of his laning phase before worlds, patch 4.11 to be exact. Halved his passive damage and doubled the time it takes to stealth while taking damage. It just so happens that REALLY GOOD ADCs can still be useful on him. It's almost like, they're really good at league or something.

have you ever played an asasin against him ? you just all in him , he has no escapes . I feel like something like ahri or fizz would destroy him . Also i cant remember the last time an acelerted shock blast did half the dammage (well , i was fed once) ,but it is hard to land and gets blocked easy . To counter jayce , you pick a champ that has sustain

You people defending Jayce must be Jayce players to think he's not extremely broken. Compare Jayce to other siege/poke champions and if you don't think he far out performs anything else in the siege/poke category then you are obviously on some kind of crazy drug. The range, missile speed, and damage from his poke which can drop your support, assassin jungler, mage, and adc to 1/2 to 2/3 hp (early mid game) while you're all standing at your tower looking like idiots trying to defend it. Not to mention the gate mobility to make objective control so much easier for your team(getting to objectives and escaping), the ability to take down objectives(or champions) so quickly with hypercharge, hell he can even switch to melee and jump on a target(over walls) and he even peels for himself and knocks you away. The combination of all of those these makes it over the top. Sure he's been nerfed before but his numbers/kit still need tweaking considering how much he can bring to the game which is a LOT more than any other mid laner by far. I'm sure I'll hear some stupid reply "just engage on him". Yeah that solves everything.
