yasuo doesn't count as the hitbox for his q is very small and its highly unlikely that you will hit 2 players with it

it's actually a pretty big hitbox. You can crit lot's of minions with it too. Or using the circle q with E

Twitch isn't even close to borderline broken. He's pretty terrible right now. He also only has AOE crits during his ult, and it's not so much AOE as linear auto attacks.

Gangplank I haven't personally seen used effecitvely but according to Worlds and pros he's destructive so I'll believe it, and wait for the marksman update. I'm sure Jinx will see some AOE crit nerf.

The last nerf that changed Twitch from the best adc to one of the worst was 1-2 less damage on his passive, base ad lowered by 3 and his delay on stealth went up to 6 seconds while taking damage from 3.

Since then his early game passive damage has been returned still 2 less at 18 per stack. His w mana cost went down by 20. His ult gives 0-4 more ad. And finally the delay on his stealth went back down to 4.5 seconds.

He isn't that much worse now then he was the last time he was viable.

It's the stealth nerf that made him bad. 4.5 secons is still a long time to wait, and the passive kind of equalizes his ult's 0-4 more damage, He definitely isn't a powerhouse right now.

Yi can AOE crit with ALPHA strike for bonus dmg, if he is fed with IE this equals your half hp from a single q.
