Yorick needs a mini rework.

Yorick needs a mini-rework, right now he doesn't offer much to the team.

What Yorick needs:

• A proper passive, one that allows him to deal DoT when he hit his target with his attacks which increases the lower their HP is.

• Put his current passive into his Q and allow it to 2.5 to 5% of his max HP when he hits champion.

• Make his W and E grant him that reduce the damage done by enemy champions by 4/7/10% at lv 1/7/13

• Increase the speed of his E.

• Make his W Ground his target.

All of this would alleviate all the issues that he has, mainly his inability to fight without his ghouls and give him more utility in teamfights.
