Can we take a poll? Is Asol fine or does he need to be seriously changed.

Asol is such a crappy design when there are people doing everything he does, but better. His weakness is so overwhelming it's stupid, you get close to him boom he's dead.

Your poll is poorly designed. You ask if he should be changed and then have 2 choices that are unrelated to him being changed

The poll is pretty simple, no don’t change him because I’m a player of him or yes change him no one ever plays him cause he is to niche, what is hard to understand m8?

Where does your poll take into account someone who doesn't see him often, but doesn't think he should be changed?

Or someone who plays/sees a lot of that champion, but still thinks something should be changed?

As stated earlier, there aren’t enough characters, but even if there were, if you don’t play him and don’t want him to be changed there is really no reason for you to be voting. That may sound mean, but if you have no idea about his problems in his playstyle or are not informed about him, how can you be against a change for him? That’s just saying no for no reason.

Yeah, our favorite space dragon could use some love. I get that the whole "creative walking" playstyle works if you've practiced it, but it's certainly not flashy. It can be hard to tell how much of an impact an ASol is having in a teamfight, and assassins totally wreck him if they can get past his stars.

I think it'd be cool if he could actually make a star, like, a burning mass of energy with gravity that pulled players, and possible even projectiles, into it, dealing damage over time to players who strayed too close.

That’s a cool idea. His w has caused him to be to niche as a dot in a burst game meta. He needs more straight forward fighting moves.

What about an Idea that I had for a champions ultimate, but could work as a replacement for asol's:

Falling Stars:

Marks a large circle on the map within 2000 unites. Over 5/7.5/10 seconds, 5/10/15 meteors rain down randomly inside the circle, dealing 100 (+50% AP) magic damage in a small area. and slowing by 20% for 1 second. It might make him a bit more of a powerhouse during teamfights.

Although he can be very strong in the right hands, he needs some changes or atleast buffs to make him appeal to the larger playerbase. E.g change E to something more useful, allow insta-cast on q, etc

That poll is kinda bias, since a person doesn't have to play him to have the opinion that he shouldn't be changed. Nor does it mean that someone who doesn't see him must believe that he should be changed.

Not really biased, the choice is yes or no. There isn’t enough character in polls to make the wording less biased looking so just take it as is.

It's yes/no with assumptions about the voter depending on which one they vote.

A Sol is very strong in the right hands. While he may not be the best mid game champ (Burst meta) his early game is crucial to the success of his team. Think of him as a global support for levels 1-8.

SO instead of redesigning the most visually stunning champion in the game, which would open his player base immensely, give him a higher skill ceiling and a sound base platform for new players to try him on, we want to keep him as is because a hand full of players found a niche for him? no ty.

He isn’t “niche.” He is powerful. Maybe I shouldn’t of said “not the strongest,” because he is incredibly strong. I would say, in the right hands, top 5 material for mid lane. He provides insane global pressure. Global Pressure.
