He can but not by too much haha. This build still lets him be okay at it but of course the main point of it is that it lets him siege and teamfight. In teamfights I use Zhonya's before I ult once I start taking a lot of focus, especially when poultry shout isn't affecting anybody 'cause that mitigates a TON of damage (seriously! It wrecks bonus AD scaling on abilities) since by that time I'll be in an obnoxious spot between the enemy carries and the rest of my team.

Why not shiv? you splitpush slowly with PD. And why build so much defensive stats when you already have 5 free seconds of no-death?
