Why do people pick shaco?
I seem to beat most enemy shaco and lose often when shaco is on my team.
Despite all this I find him pretty popular right now. What gives?

It takes A LOT of planning, and getting into the head of your opponent. A good Shaco is nearly unstoppable, because he is always thinking two steps ahead; Planning how, when, and where he will fight you.
