Mortal Reminder is for squishy/moderately health targets while Lord Dominik's is for very tanky targets.
I believe Mortal should be changed into Shield Deduction+Heal Deduction over Armor Pen+Healing Deduction while LDR reintroduces Giant Slayer into its kit with a new passive: Healing is reduced on targets with a HP difference of 1000 or more - scaling from 0 to 20%.
Thoughts?
BLIGHTBRINGER2 votesYeah it would seem like an interesting change, not sure if a good one though (depends how some people take it).
I kind of like the idea of having to choose between the two, if you want to counter shielding and healing, or to be useful against tanks.
GrReaper962 votesTheyre already changing em to on PBE Mortal stays the same Dominik loses its giant slayer but gets an extra 10% pen
Elohaven1 votesThis change is about the PBE change.
Daddy Ants1 votesGrievous Wounds right now -
Grievous Wounds is a debuff that reduces all healing received by 40%.
My suggestion -
Grievous Wounds is a debuff that reduces all healing received by 40% and Shield Strength by 25%.
