Kindred's self heal passive might be a bit overtuned

WIth the new leashing rules in the jungle and her ability to perfectly kite camps around with Q whenever her W is up, Kindred's self heal passive might be a bit too strong. My concern is mainly about Kindred's ability to safely invade the enemy jungler at level 3 (when she's at full health, with 1 or 2 health pots and red buff) and her powerful sustain in lane. Anyways, I'm not entirely sure that the last one is an issue, because she's outranged by every single marksmen in the game (even Lucian, who has the same range, can safely poke her with Q) and that heal could help her survive through the early levels. The problem is that Kindred's relatively new and the common adc players haven't probably figured out yet how to exploit their weaknesses, so they end up taking bad trades and lose to their sustain. What do you think about it? My sensation is that the amount of passive healing should be reduced.

She is incredibly weal right now, with one of the lowest base ADs in the game and bad scaling on all her abilities. Her heal needs to be that high for her to stay alive in her own jungle.

I've played her many times on the PBE and I've never finished my first jungle clear without being full hp and having 1 or 2 health pots left. Many other junglers don't have the same luxury, some desperately need to double jungle at the start of the game, so I think her sustain is exceptionally strong compared to other junglers.

Better nerf Warwick too, he doesn't even need potions.

Warwick is heavily restricted by the lack of cc and moblity, which makes him unable to gank pre-6 or be efficient at invading the enemy jungle. Kindred, on the other hand, have a gap closer (on 2 seconds cd whenever it's used inside their W area) and a slow.

Warwick's self heal in lane is not an issue because he can only auto the enemy from melee range and harass with Q (which has a high mana cost).
