he hasnt been played in lcs at all. kaisa pretty much took his spot. so he could use some buff. i was thinking when you max his w he can permantly keep that range and % dammage just lile urgot. it will make him alil bit viaable. now people might think he will be op. if he does too well we can lower the damage ratio.
you have all these 2 shot assassin, fighters and mage......710 mid-late game is nothing. kog maw really weak early game.
