"They called them "compensation buffs" but in reality what they want to do is change her gameplay style (From Assassin/Kite Mage to Kite Mage/Assassin).
For example they removed the amp from charm (An assassin thing) and changed it with a MS buff when you cast Q (A Kite Mage thing).
Like Sefam said, I wouldn't call this a buff but a power shift."
