is there any evidence dynamic queue led to statistically significant boosting?

I am no fan of dynamic queue but I think we should be evidence based.

Is there statistical evidence that shows plat, diamond and master is filled with boosteds?

If the high elos are filled with boosteds, then you'd expect a higher proportion of the player base in these elos than previously.

Has that happened?

To the best of my knowledge, it hasn't. It's still true that only 5% of all players are diamond+.

I mean when I have a 100% win rate when playing with 5 friends over 2 days of games. (Probably 10-15 games. ) all of us the same elo I think it's pretty evident that DQ has some problems..

but have you climbed to gold+ yet?

No but I also haven't played with that group for 2 weeks or so... I assume if we all started playing again we would be able to get all of our members to gold (we had one guy get to gold 5 during the climb)

Well it's kind of hard to get actual stats on who's a boosted animal.

Still, I don't think percentage of people in a division a good indication of boosting. It could be that boosted players are displacing some of the people at the bottom of the division they were boosted too; after all, every time their premade wins, 5 other people lose.

so basically, if boosteds are displacing other boosteds, what's the problem here? the net effect is no increase in boosteds per game.

Well, the people at the bottom of a rank aren't necessarily boosted. We could have a gold 1 and a silver 5 who climb to plat 5. The former gold could probably hold his own because although he isn't climbing further, he earned his rank. Whereas the former silver, he just got boosted, and the moment his high elo buddies decide to kick him out of their pre made, he is going to drop like a rock.
