Not Racist - Just Don't Want to Play

I do not want to play with French/Spanish/German and minor countries that refuse to communicate in English. I do not want to play with people who feed continually and then rage continually because they died 5 times in the same lane and cannot accept that maybe they should have done something different then play the same assassin every game and try and get fed every game.

I want Riot to promote this game more around teamwork and less about individual glory because its starting to lose credibility as a game. It is NOT racist to ask that the EU West Server gets split off from a United Kingdom server so I DON'T have to put up with these people.
