Riot I saw you testing some buffs out on Morgana
It seems like that buff you wanted to give her didn't work out. How about trying some movement speed when she uses her E on herself or ally? (:

For anyone confused because theres nothing on PBE, this is what he's referencing.
I don't think adding more utility to black shield is really the way to go; if anything, she needs to lose the spell vamp passive and get some utility there.
You might be stepping on
's toes a little bit with that buff.
"How about trying some movement speed when I use my E on myself or an ally?"
: Step off hussy, that's MY TERRITORY! And I am not about to let some Emo-goth wannabe to try to take it over!
hisses and scuttles into the shadows
orrrrr... just give her back her spell vamp?
Wait... isn't her passive literally just spell vamp? Or did I miss something in the patch notes.
you might have missed this
But Morgana would never build Wota
why not? it grants cooldown, spell vamp, ability power, mana regen - literally everything her kit has it doubles it.
Well, then I hope you're ready for Vlad to become a pick/ban champ........again.
why should morgana suffer for vlads abuse of drain? simply make his spells non vamp applicable. shouldnt be that hard
How about changing her kit to be more fun???
She needs a slow on her W that would help her kit to land snare and just make her more viable in lane
Make ult deal damage when enemies walk out, with damage reduced based on how long they were tethered.
I'd say to increase her Black Soil size, and lower her E cooldown early
Came into this hoping they finally fixed her Binding hitbox/visuals. Came away disappointed.
But then juggernauts/fighters/divers/tanks abuse the sht out of it, because their weakness is supposed to be cc and immobility.
That Tormented Soil buff was weak.
If Morgana receives any buffs, I'd prefer it to be a slight reduction of her insanely high CDs.
