1 freaking guy is spamming surrender the entire game and there are 5 players per team
there should be 10 minutes cooldown per player so other players can call the surrender vote as well. 1 Guy spamming surrender is irritating

keeping the global 3 minute delay between votes but adding a cooldown for each individual player would prevent that the team has to deny a vote every 3 minutes from a tilted player.
nothing is more annoying than that one player who just tilt calls surrender every 3 minutes even if the game is perfectly winnable.
Two big issues are premades (now you're gonna have 2-3 people that spam surrender all at once) and people who troll or afk for 10 minutes between surrender votes. If you combine the two, you're essentially 2v8 for 10 minutes the moment one of them gets tilted enough to start the shitshow.
