How to win against Darius?

No more Tips & Tricks boards anymore so I assume this is where it should go.

How could I win against Darius? He seems so OP. He's tanky as shit, has tons of damage, the best you can do is kite him and you can't do that on a melee champ unless its like Kayle. And in a team fight you can't really do that, he basically stops the fight because if you get close you die, and if you focus him in a fight then the enemy carries unload their kit on your own and suddenly you've lost because you only have 2 options.

Most high elos say he's not OP anymore but it still seems like it to me. How should I go about winning against him, in lane or team fights?

if you stick super close, his Q is useless, it will do close to no damage and he can't steal 10% hp. you can't really stay in the in between ground against a darius, you can't be tentative, either be super passive or super aggressive.

I found riven very good against him, she's not doing well overall but the nerfs to his slows made this matchup very forgiving. You can easily go in for a quick trade and either move out completely or- wait for his q to hit you (Stay close so it doesnt heal, add a stack of his passive, or do as much damage) then move out. Jax also does very well post 6. Pre 6 just pretend like you want to fight to let him push wave with q and farm under towerr

In lane: Safe farming, harassing, better all in. Try Gragas jungle , Janna / Alistar support, Tristana marksman or Syndra mid. (I can't recomand you top champions to play against him, I'm not experienced enough in the top lane) In teamfight: Disengage. If you can manage to knock him back, he has no ability to get back in the fight. glhf!

Go into bush. Place your W behind him, Get into pull range, E back out of it, Blink onto him (which will dodge his Q since you're in his face), Q, finish him with some AA, GG.

Make sure you dodge that Q. Whenever you auto attack, cancel the animation with a move command and move in his direction. If you have slow auto attacks, auto attacking without canceling the animation gives him plenty of time to take that step back and avoid his Q. And don't fight him if he's fed. He's tanky enough to get 4-5 passive stacks, and his ult will chunk you no matter what.
