what does supports need ? utility, a bit of damage to stay relevant cc

guess who is in need of reworks? and we really don't have AD scaling supports

Not one of those champs has a thematic which would fit being a main support.

Umm... no? Just because a champ has a low playrate, it does not mean that his history and its playerbase's thoughts should be thrown out the window. A rework needs to stay true to the champ. Maybe you'd play it, but every current Aatrox would not.

No. Aatrox is a light fighter/diver. That's core to his fantasy. He scales off of levels (solo lane exp) and attspd (and therefore expensive items). He needs gold and exp. Two things supports get less of. Aatrox is not like Kench or Taric, so the suggestion in the OP is exactly like saying Fiora or Yi should be sup/top or sup/jungle. It's just sub-optimal all around.

He needs gold and exp. Support=/=gold or exp. Why so dead set on him going support at all? He doesn't have neither Sion's tankiness nor cc. That stuff just doesn't fit his thematic.

Sion's old ult would thematically fit Aatrox, yes. Many have brought that up and I think it'd be cool. However, he would still need items to do damage so that he could use said ult fully himself.

Oh it fits thematically with his lore, but him losing his entire blood well and attspd/power on revive is downright dumb and doesn't make sense.

umm Yorick support is really strong, atm. No one knows how to play aginst him, you have sustain, you have some cc, and support items give some noice mana regen which he really needs

hmm how would you make an ad support, currently at the moment most cc has an ap scaling utility on an AD usually ends out being broke as all hell and i mean no one would play them support anyway if their Ad theyd end up being turrned into a top, mid, or jungler cause of how items go riot would have to make a whole set of new items for the champ and if they do whos to say the items dont end out so broke that they are opted onto others i may be thinking to much into this but truth be told with the way items are along with champs riot would have to make some insane and serious changes to the game just to bring an AD support into the game.

Because auto attacks scale off of AD items, pretty much anything designed to be a support, but with AD scaling, is instantly going to be played not as a support, and is probably going to make solo lane Lulu look like a joke of a problem.

It's easier to shoehorn AD champions into gimmicky supports, than build anything that could be balanced as an AD support.
