My idea to help mastery diversity.

For the people who read this, thank you. I took like a hour to do this. So Thunderlords is picked on almost everything right now. Part of the reason isn't even its own fault either, the whole Cunning Tree is a problem. It appeals to almost single champion more than Ferocity and Resolve do. The way it looks right now is if you want it, Cunning has it (or atleast a better version of it in one case.) And yes, I do know that there are buffs incoming for some of these masteries and I am taking that into account. So without further ado, lets begin.

Ferocity: TIER 1: No changes TIER 2: New: Essence Thief: Killing a unit restores 10 mana (15 second CD) TIER 3: No changes TIER 4: No changes Battering Blows: Removed Piercing Thoughts: Removed New(kinda sorta): Precision. Keeps current effect, just moved trees. New Desperation: Grants Bonus AD and AP based on 2.6/2.9/3.3/3.6/3.95 of your missing health. KEYSTONES: Warlords Bloodlust: No changes

Fervor of Battle: Now has Physical and Magic damage stacking. Physical damage stacks up from auto attacks and abilities that deal Physical damge. Magic damage stacks on abilities that deal magic damage only (Rageblade does not increase the stacks, it is an item effect. Those never count towards stacks)

Deathfire Touch: No changes

Cunning: TIER 1: No changes TIER 2: No changes TIER 3: No changes TIER 4: No changes, Bandit could get something but not sure what. TIER 5: Precision moved to Ferocity New/Returning: Arcane Blade: Basic attacks deal 2/3/4/5/6% of your ability power as bonus on-hit magic damage.

KEYSTONE: Stormriders Surge: If the buff its getting doesn't do anything (and honestly i dont think much will change, almost everybody who can use this effectively will pick Thunderlords still because free damage) it should be removed. So in that case:

New Keystone: Kill Fest: Killing an enemy champion reduces the cooldowns of your abilities by 25%. (This would apply after things such as Katarina's passive)

Thunderlords Decree: Each spell can only counts 1 time (So things like Gangplank, Miss Fortune, and Lucian ults only count for 1 stack now) Auto attacks can only apply 1 stack as well, but ability that modify auto attacks and apply on hit effects will still apply a stack even if you auto'd them already.(So Ezreal or Talons q hits for 1 stack, they can both still use a normal auto attack for stack 2 or 3.)

Windspeakers Blessing: No changes

Resolve: TIER1: No changes TIER 2: Swiftness moved to Tier 2. Explorer and Tough Skin remain the same. TIER 3: Veteran Scars: 0.8 / 1.6 / 2.4 / 3.2 / 4% Maximum Health from 9 / 18 / 27 / 36 / 45 Bonus Health. TIER 4: No changes TIER 5: Swiftness: Move to Tier 2 New: Goliath: Grants 3/3.3/3.9/4.2/4.5 bonus AD and 5/5.25/5.5/5.575/6 bonus AP based on Max Health. Legendary Guardian: Grants armor 1.5 / 2.1 / 2.7 / 3.2 / 3.8 and magic resistance for each nearby enemy champion from 0.6 / 1.2 / 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 KEYSTONE: Grasp of the Undying: No changes

Strength of the Ages: Now Heals on each stack acquired from jungle monsters instead only healing after full stacks. the way i see it, once you reach full stacks, you have probably started team fighting already. the heal wont help you there unless and AOE ability kills off a Cannon Minion or Large Monster, depending on where you are fighting at.

Bond of Stone: No changes

Obviously this isn't a perfect fix. But still, would these changes make things better, worse, or leave things almost the same?

I like some of these changes, bringing good tanks back in the game (I love the tank meta haha), but I honestly feel like Kill Fest would be the New Thunderlord's: A LOT of people would have that.
