He actually hasn't been touched since they gutted him at the end of S4 and only now is he being played because of the changes. bork and lw get nerfed, ad champs are dominate right now, rammus counters attack damage champs period. Its because of the meta and item changes that rammus is strong, not our fault rito slapped on ap champs, and should not punish the champ who hasn't seen play since s4 because of their meta and item changes.
