We have no MR Mana item, I miss the old Bashee Veil.

I was in the showers reminiscing the time where Ryze beat me to a pulp after he was level 6 while I had a kill up on him as Malphite lol. And then I realized, theres no MR item that gives Mana, since Malphite is so mana driven early game and with the removal of mana pots, I opted out and bought catalyse instead of MR, and boy was that a mistake.. He took out my HP so quick with his combo I was shocked lol. Malphite cant win without mana early either cause then he cant fight back, I guess he can still survive with MR (for awhile longer..) But it got me thinking, I miss the old .

The new Bashee's Veil is so unused its ridiculous because so useful. Think about, they both offer the same amount of HP and MR while Spirit Visage has a bonus 50% base HP regen and 10% CDR which is the reason why its such an attractive purchase. Not to mention the OP passive that it has that can synergize with lifesteal, spellvamp, any kind of regen and heal (also including from team-mates like Soraka). And heres the kicker.. IT COST 100 GOLD MORE.... what on earth lol.

And what Bashee has is a shield that only refreshes if you havent been in combat for 40 straight seconds, thats not even good enough against poke comps. Even if youre getting the item for the shield, this item is a better purchase for that then Bashee because you can use it whenever youre in trouble unlike having it when its up or not (also its hella cheaper and its built into an ADC item ).

I'm asking if you can change the recipe for Banshee so its more unique with the stats it gives.

500 HP 350 Mana 70MR 100% Base HPregen

Passive: Grants a shield that blocks incoming ability and restore 50-100hp/50-150mana over the next 10s. Shield refreshes after 45s out of combat.

This way it can be more unique as a mana item and good against poke comps because it heals after the shield is broken.
