Remove this champion from the game or give his E a rework to be more counterable

Fizz's E trades damage for mobility, meaning fizz can either go in fully or do some damage and dip out. Also its easily counterable if you just move out of the small radius of it, because once you do that he has lost most of his strength.

Its kinda like the idea of having one ability that is the bread and butter of a kit means that once the ability has been used the champ has the majority of their power removed. In this case for fizz, although his E can be annoying at times it's still fair.

"Small radius" , have you even played against fizz recently? His E radius got a massive buff.. its as big as a tibbers ult now! And its hitbox is even bigger than tibbers , fizz ult hit box is also BS atm. All fizz's hitboxes atm are complete BS. Fizz was actually harder to play before than what he has become now. Now even a bronze 5 player can get fed against a silver 1 player using this god forsaken champion
