You know, fizz is that kinda champion that can never be balanced. You either make him too strong as a mage assassin, or just give birth to Tank Fizz which has been happening lately. In my opinion, the fish should just get a rework and his E should be removed and replaced with some other type of ability, fizz should receive a complete rework just like AP master yi did.

REALLY man, tank fizz is NOT okay, and NOT fun at all to be against, especially since there are so many other annoying champions that are there, hence I'm still waiting for the day we get 10 bans.

fizz should receive a complete rework just like AP master yi did.

ap master yi was just removed from the game, not reworked. All they did was remove/gut his AP scalings so it could no longer work at all, since the entire ap master yi gameplay was based around his absurdly high ap ratios.

The Fizz issue is much more complex.
