Yeah.. I was 16/4 as annie and then i went from that to 18/14 , the enemy zed and lux didn't even kill me ONCE, it was 3 tanks vs me, it was literally just lee sin, volibear and maokai literally one shotting me the entire god damn game and I don't even mean together, I mean literally INDIVIDUALLY. HOW IS THIS FAIR RIOT? WHY EVEN KEEP SQUISHY CHAMPIONS IN THIS GAME WHEN TANKS ARE GONNA DOMINATE ANYWAYS?

lol tanks dont rule the game. as a burst mage you are designed to blow up a squishy target... you as annie usually get tanky enough that a zed or lux unless ahead and fed cant 1 shot you . tanks are meant to survive burst and die to dps sustain damage
did you have magic pen?

Because mages like annie are not meant to counter tanks.
An adc would have melted these tanks.
And you would have bursted this ADC in .1s.
And this ADC would post there saying "omg burst mages are totaly dominating this game, i just can't play, I get one shot by every burst mage I meet".
Different champions, differents roles.
I honestly can't recall the last time I felt like an anti-tank as an Annie, even during games where I've snowballed and built heavy burn and pen.
Lee Sin and Volibear aren't tanks.
Volibear and Lee aren't even tanks.

Sigh, First mistake not helping your adc survive to kill the tank and being alone too much.
Two, volibear and lee are bruisers not a tank. Volibear is more juggernaut and lee sin diver. Build does not factor in role naming.
Three version A, you have 4 other teammates, once you kill the adc/mid you should be working with your team for your adc to get through the lee then voli. Going by what you say you're not working with your team. Yes solo queue can be nightmarish, but if you can't nicely work with your team ofc you aren't going to get the win
Three version B, why are you doing a 1v1 vs a tank? You should be telling your team you'll kill either the adc or mid then they can focus on peeling the rest of their team off of you and the adc since 2 damage dealers is better than their 1 damage dealer.
Overall it just sounds like you played the game without caring for your teammates and translating your advantage to the rest of your team. Even if you were badly matched with others, if you worked up a strategy for them to follow you could win. Also I highly doubt you could die in one-shot with proper positioning and itemization.
Kills don't matter if you can't play the later parts of a game right.
