Hecarim needs a buff.

My boy Hecarim has seen much better days. He was nerfed, perhaps justly so, when his homeguard tele top started seeing play. Riot Game didn't like him there so they nerfed him. The thing is, we who enjoyed playing jungle have had to suffer through the weakest of iterations of hecarim since forever. His clear is pretty poor. His early ganks are getting weaker and weaker with each buff to damage you give to the laners. And the new jungle really doesn't suit Hecarim at all. It's high time you took a look at Hecarim and give him some love.
