Can we release the 10 minute surrender feature already?
I'm tired of getting into really 1 sided games and having to wait the 20 minutes while the enemy takes their sweet time to end, because it's what keeps them hard.

You sound like the kind of guy who calls GG at 5 minutes because someone lost FB in midlane.
Why? Games can turn around very easily.
I can't count the number of games where I've been 100% ready to give up at 10-15 minutes and then me or my team has turned it around. I think that change would result in players giving up a lot of winnable games.
