Could we look at and discuss potential Fiddlesticks buffs?
I used to be a Fiddlesticks main for a little over a season and a half. Up until about the Runeglaive changes earlier this season with the introduction of Sheen to it's recipe, Fiddlesticks had a consistent win rate hovering at around 52-54%.
The reason given to justify the indirect nerf to Fiddlesticks via the Runeglaive changes were that he already had a decent win rate for a long time and these changes simply wouldn't affect him that much.
Here I present to you Fiddlesticks, patch 5.23: http://champion.gg/champion/FiddleSticks
Aside: In terms of Fiddlesticks' above average win rate Riot themselves have stated that 50% is NOT the value they associate with proper "balance" as win rates are skewed due to player experience/lack of experience with champions. Fiddlesticks, in this case, is a champion that has one of the HIGHEST average playerbase games:
League of Legends average playerbase game data: http://champion.gg/statistics/#?sortBy=general.experience&order=descend
Example of Riot acknowledging balance around average playerbase games: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/gameplay/data-and-champion-balance-part-1
Now the part that has been bothering me and, in fact, led to me stopping from playing Fiddlesticks all together is that he just seems to have the most awkward build paths at the moment and he doesn't seem to have nearly the impact that other junglers have at the moment.
Even WITH his playerbase having a massive average of 217 games played with him, Fiddlesticks has mustered a ranking of 45th/46 among current champions used primarily as junglers (this is from the same Fiddlesticks Champion.GG link above).
I would love any input from other members of the community and like to hear what you guys think of Fiddlesticks' role and place in League right now.
