@Meddler Fiddlesticks is terrible in every role right now :/ Any buffs soon?

So ever since the start of pre-season it's been pretty evident that Fiddlesticks was hit pretty hard from all of the jungle changes. More camps either got completely isolated (blue, red) thus rendering his E useless, or completely overloaded (raptors + krugs). Each of these changes resulted in it taking loooong periods of time to for him to clear these camps.

Now adding to this, the jungle is getting even harder to navigate and it seems like Fiddle, a currently WEAK jungler (especially when you consider he has one of the highest average playerbase games played) is getting absolutely no compensation.

Isn't if fair that he finally gets some attention? The buffs to his E in 6.24 helped ever so slightly, however, for the most part did not address Fiddle's early/mid game jungle clear as most Fiddlesticks go with a max order of W,Q,E.
