Aatrox Q (Dark Flight) Does NOT Reduce Scuttle Crab's Armor and MR

I just played a game with Aatrox and tried this about three times with the Scuttle Crab and noticed that AFTER the knock up CC from Aatrox's Q (Dark Flight) the scuttle crab's Armor and MR both remained at 60.

Also, speaking of inconsistency with the scuttle crab, the crab loses it's Armor and MR buff when feared by Shaco boxes but NOT when feared by:

• Fiddlesticks' fear
• Nocturne's fear
• Hecarim's fear

Would appreciate it if a Rioter could please respond to inconsistency.
