@Meddler When will Fiddlesticks get some love? He's more useless in all roles than ever before

Ever since the changes to the new jungle along with the introduction of all of the new support items, Fiddlesticks has (once again) felt extremely underwhelming and been ignored for the most part.

Any chance he'll be receiving any much needed buffs soon?
