Riot, what happened with Rylai's Crystal Scepter on Preseason?
Not long ago, Riot said there were going to be changes happening to Rylai's in Preseason, but there's nothing about that in the Season Update page nor in the PBE, what happened to it?

Season 7 page =/= as the PBE update.
The PBE doesn't even have the plants, masteries, or jungle camp changes as promise yet.
We'll probably see that kind of stuff and the rylais changes in pbe as the week goes.
Radiant Seraph2 votesThe thing is, everything which isn't in the PBE IS in the Season 7 page, including all new items and item changes, plants, jungle changes, etc., but Rylai's isn't in the Season 7 page.
Tormentula1 votesI don't think they consider the rylais change big enough for a season 7 page. Its just an item rework, the old support item changes are not on the season 7 page either, only the new items and the new dirk passive description.
