Change the First Blood Rule in /Remake

In most of the the games that I play with AFks, it is only after they feed or give up first blood. With a connection issue, they can still come back and be useful, rather than someone who joins, dies right away, then leaves. If you are going to do the /remake system, then make it adhere to the trolls then too. Not just people who are having connection issues.

Heres what I suggest:

If the person who gives up first blood AFKs, he should not fit the criteria for First Blood. So if the afk has anything to do with the First Blood, There should still be an option to /remake if he goes AFK. It only makes sense for that to be true, because he is more of a problem than someone who can't connect for a few minutes.
