Swain gets a nerf before Warwick!?!?

Why a jungler with super strong damage and damage reduction doesn't get Nerf? Clearly is the window of power of Warwick that invisible? Isn't not Obvious how strong he is!?

The itemization for Swain is strong but not the actual champion, and I'm talking about the Abyssal Scepter build. The only issue is that he does damage without building AP items, soo instead of nerfing Swain I would tweak his power to make him more squishy but doing more damage.

Abyssal mask got nerfed so it shouldnt be bought on him anymore and swain's Q CD also got nerfed so

No the actual champion is strong. Even if that were the case why would you nerf items that can potentially have unintended consequences when its just 1 ap champ thats out of line. Makes no sense.

Swain is OP right now. Warwick is not. He is very strong yes. Not OP. Voli is better.

Consistently high pick rate, ban rate, and win rate across the board and all elos. Win rate is currently lowest at about 51.5% in Diamond and peaks at about 54.5% in Gold. WW can also be quickly seen from OPGG that he has maintained this kind of celebrity status and super win rate for at least 5 patches.

One can easily see that both are broken and need nerfs, but WW has been broken FAR LONGER than Swain ever was (the latter has been broken for 1 patch, WW has been broken for at least 5).

So OP's point stands, why nerf Swain before WW?
