Lulu's gonna get nerfed

I can feel it in my bones.

Her mp5 is superb. She is unique among standard supports in that she can proc pick twice per auto. Her base spell damage is decent for lvl 1. TLD is insane on her.. The double proc significantly mitigates her block bug's effects. Allin supports and allin playstyle are falling out of favor in lieu of poke and trade supports. And Kog can feasibly get 2.0 AS with 1 item, making Pix's base damage over 6 seconds insane.

This is the kind of environment support Lulu loves, and because her counterplay is on the low side, I'm scared what this means for her.

Meh, even with Frost Queens, I still think the relic champs like braum and leona are still top tier. they recover from poke pretty easily

Still think she's gonna be a mid/toplaner, build full AP/cdr/manaregen and spam W/E on cd on the hypercarry adc.

If she didn't get nerfed already i don't think she will now. She was THE pick for protect the hyper carry comps last season, now that tahm kench is a thing i think he's kinda overshadowing her. If she didn't get nerfed in the first preseason patch i don't think she will now. Just my thought on it.
