I knew in the loading screen that it was an automatic loss. The point of this is that everyone knows who the op champs are. Many of them have been like this for a LONG time.

You need to tell us the lanes each champion belongs to what are the premades like? ranks of players? Champion Mastery/Role Familiarity of players? Summoner Spells?
I'm assuming it's Top: Urgot vs Irelia Jg: Amumu vs Diana Mid: Annie vs Tf Bot: MF/Mao vs Draven/Thresh
Imo, they both have a chance to win. Personally, I feel like Team 1 is favorable simply because an Amumu can help stop the Irelia threat top lane and not have to worry about mid/bot because a) a good TF will keep his distance from Annie and roam/play for the late game b) Draven/Thresh can go pretty even, if not win lane against MF/Mao although level 6 spike for team 2's bot lane is definitely considerable
if Diana, however, does a good job at counter-ganking and harrassing Amumu in the jungle, that could put a strain on top lane and force Amumu to try to feed off mid until 6 because TF has the free stun so it could be a kill lane, only if Annie overextends though. If that were to happen and Irelia/Diana were to get ahead while Amumu snowballs Tf, it could be a pretty even game because a Thresh/Amumu/TF trying to peel Irelia/Mao/Diana is actually a pretty close fight.
Taking into account how Draven can dish out loads of damage if given enough peel, the game could come down to a "can team 1 peel off team 2 long enough to win fights?" situation. Dragons haven't even been considered yet, and depending on what kind of dragons there are, each team gets new objectives. If Amumu can get early snowballs going with an infernal/ground drake, that might just allow them to have enough of a lead and pressure to extend them to their win.
And I just briefly covered just a few different outcomes/strategies that could result in a different game in this comment. There are tons of things that could be considered and to pretend like a game is decided right from champ select is just trying to playoff any mistakes one made that ultimately lead to a loss.
Depends. But you can usually tell who won by checking the teams mmr and games played while it's loading. One team is usually stacked A LOT higher than the other.
